EXO Gaming on PS5

On PS5, the P5General dongle that comes in your box answers the console's security check. Plug it in, set your config to P5General, and play.

What you need

• EXO for PS5, set up in the app (see Quick start).
• The included P5General dongle. It must be this exact dongle.
• Your controller, or a mouse and keyboard. A DualSense or DualShock 4 works as the controller you play with.

Setup

1. Plug the P5General into the AUTH port on the back of the EXO.
2. Plug your controller, mouse and keyboard into the front ports A1–A4.
3. Connect the EXO's CONSOLE USB-C port to the PS5.
4. In the app, open your config's Device page and set Connection Method to P5General. The EXO switches into PS5 mode by itself.



5. Press the PS button on your controller.
6. Optional: turn on Aiming Stick Upscaling. On PlayStation it works automatically while you aim and fire.

What you get on PS5

• Analog triggers with full travel from 0 to fully pressed.
• Your config's colour lights your DualSense or DualShock 4.

Success check

• Pressing PS wakes the controller on the PS5.
• Pulling R2 slowly gives a smooth analog press in game.
• Buttons you press appear in HOME's live input area in the app.
