Shipping Policy

Processing time: Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Mail-In TMR Service orders are completed and returned within 3–5 business days of us receiving your controller.

Where we ship: All 50 U.S. states, including APO/FPO addresses. International shipping is not offered at this time.

Delivery time: Standard shipping typically arrives in 3–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) and are not guaranteed.

Free shipping: Orders over $100 ship free.

Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Lost or damaged packages: Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it at no cost to you.
