Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your ZeroStick order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

30-Day Returns
We accept returns on eligible physical products within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging and accessories.

How to Start a Return
Email us at reliabletrendenterprises@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3-10 business days to appear on your statement.

Mail-In Service
Because our Mail-In TMR Service is a custom modification performed on your own controller, it is non-refundable once work has begun. If your modified controller develops a covered defect, it is protected under our 5-year stick warranty.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll send a replacement or full refund, including return shipping, at your choice.

Non-Returnable Items
Items marked final sale, items returned after 30 days, and items showing customer damage or modification are not eligible for return.
