Terms of Service Welcome to ZeroStick, a brand of Reliable Trend Enterprises LLC. By accessing this website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms. Products & Modifications ZeroStick sells modified controllers, TMR hall-effect stick modules, and mail-in modification services. Our Mail-In TMR Service involves professional modification of a controller you send to us. By using this service you confirm you own the controller and accept that modification work, once begun, cannot be undone. Orders & Payment All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are in USD. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments and other encrypted providers; we never see or store your full card details. Warranty TMR/hall-effect stick upgrades are backed by a 5-year stick warranty against drift under normal use. The warranty covers the stick modules only and does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, or misuse. Intellectual Property All site content, branding, and product photography are owned by Reliable Trend Enterprises LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reliable Trend Enterprises LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website.
