Privacy Policy

ZeroStick App — Privacy Policy Effective date: August 31, 2026 · ZeroStick / RTE · caleb@zerostickgaming.com The short version The ZeroStick app collects nothing. It has no accounts, no analytics, no ads, no tracking, and it never sends any data to us or to anyone else over the internet. What the app actually does The app talks to your ZeroStick hardware (such as the ZeroStick Calibrator) over a local WiFi network that the device itself creates. That network has no internet connection — communication happens only between your phone and the device sitting next to you, and only while you use the app. Why the app asks for Location permission Android and iOS treat "which WiFi network am I on / join this WiFi network" as location-related information, so the operating system requires the Location permission for the app to find and join your calibrator's WiFi network automatically. The app never reads, tracks, stores, or transmits your location. The permission is used solely to manage the WiFi connection to your ZeroStick device, and only when you tap a device in the app. Data we collect, store, or share None. Calibration changes are written to your own controller by your own device. Nothing about you, your phone, your controller, or your usage leaves your phone. Children The app is a hardware utility, collects no data from anyone, and is suitable for general audiences. Changes If a future version of the app ever changes any of the above, this policy will be updated at this address before that version ships. Contact Questions: caleb@zerostickgaming.com
